Mr Edwin Low has over 20 years of experience in forensic engineering investigations, having conducted more than 400 assignments across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the United States.

His work spans multiple jurisdictions and industries, providing a strong understanding of varying operational environments, engineering practices, and regulatory frameworks.

Investigations have been conducted across:

Mr Low is based in Singapore and is available for international assignments, subject to safety, access, and regulatory considerations.

Edwin 於 1987 年畢業於新加坡理工學院，之後加入新加坡空軍部隊，擔任陸上設備技術專員。1996 年，他取得英國格拉斯哥大學電子與電氣工程學位，進一步奠定其工程技術基礎。

2002 年，Edwin 加入一家國際知名的法醫工程調查公司，正式成為專業調查員。該公司在火災與事故調查領域享有盛譽，擁有深厚的工程鑑識能力與專業經驗。經過系統性的專業訓練後，Edwin 主要受保險公司及其法律顧問委託，負責電器故障與火災事故的原因鑑定工作。

為提升專業能力，Edwin 成為英國消防工程師學會（The Institution of Fire Engineers）會員，並獲得 MIFireE 資格。同時，他亦是新加坡仲裁員協會（Singapore Institute of Arbitrators）準會員（ASIArb）。

二十多年來，Edwin 在亞洲及中東多個國家完成超過 400 宗火災與工程相關事故的調查。案件類型廣泛，包括住宅、倉庫、資料中心、發電設施、大型工業建築等，部分案件亦涉及縱火可能性的鑑別。在新加坡與馬來西亞，Edwin 處理的多起調查均為訴訟做準備，並曾以專家證人身分在訴訟和仲裁程序中提供專業證據。
